ADVANCE TICKETS

You can buy tickets for most Flatpack events in three ways:

- In person from Birmingham Ticket Shop, The Rotunda, 150 New Street, B2 4TA, up until the day before the event. Ticket Shop is open from 9am-5.30pm, Monday-Saturday (from 10am Tuesdays) and 9am-4.30pm Sundays.
-    Online at www.visitbirmingham.com/events up until 11.59pm on the day before the event.
-    Or by calling the ticket hotline on 0844 888 3883. Lines open 9am-9pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm weekends.

All bookings run on an e-ticketing system, and you’ll need your ticket reference and the card used for purchase in order to collect your ticket at the venue on the day.

We regret that latecomers cannot be admitted and all tickets are non-refundable.

ON THE DOOR

Tickets are also available on the door at individual venues. Please be aware that all venues accept CASH SALES ONLY except The Electric and Town Hall, and bear in mind that capacity is quite limited at many venues. A certain allocation will be held back for door sales at each event but it is worth getting to the venue well before start-time.

Box Office will open 30 minutes before start time.
