It’s the time of year again when planning and production for the festival starts in earnest, which also means it’s time for us to get recruiting.

We have two freelance positions and one fixed term role available so take a look to see if you could play a vital role in the delivery of Flatpack 12.
 
Marketing Manager (freelance)
This role is key in generating excitement around our festival programme, ensuring Flatpack has good visibility both physically across the city and digitally via social media. The Marketing Manager will also play an important role in helping us to meet our advertising sales and box office targets.

Festival Producer (freelance)
Working closely with the Operations Manager and programming team, the Festival Producer will take responsibility for the logistics of the festival, ensuring that we can bring our programming ambitions to fruition and create welcoming environments for our audiences.

Project Assistant (fixed term)
A brand new role for Flatpack, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps in a career in film exhibition, festivals, or the arts more generally. Providing logistical and administrative support to the whole team, the first six months of this role will be focussed on the production of the festival.
