Flatpack 11

After a wonderful 10th birthday celebration in 2016, Flatpack 11 is all grown up and ready to give Birmingham a festival to remember. This year, we're taking over exciting new venues and adding a few new strings to our bow, including a Gongoozling Day*, some David Lynch exclusives and the addition of a special VR focus into our industry strand Unpacked.

Never fear though, all this thrilling newness will appear right alongside our highly anticipated programme of live rescores, interactive kids' screenings, foodie film events, our acclaimed short film competition programme and the usual panoply of walks, parties and strange contraptions.

Festival highlights are now on sale, and among them are Chinese archive travelogues, an immersive Tarantino favourite, and several superb live soundtracks.

The full programme will be revealed at the beginning of March.
