Jodie Mack: Let Your Light Shine

To launch the new Palais, we welcome an American filmmaker who weaves together abstract animation, junk-shop treasure and live performance.

Along with a selection of her short films, including 3-D photo-kinetic spectacle Let Your Light Shine, tonight’s show includes rock epic Dusty Stacks of Mom, which rewites The Dark Side of the Moon to recount Mack’s personal experience of ‘how drag-and-drop killed Mom and Pop’s shop.’ Mack's performance begins at 9.30pm, and before that from 7.30pm a selection of shorts will be screening in the Kavarna.
