PAPER CINEMA & KORA present NIGHT FLYER + KING PEST

One of the most talked-about shows at the Edinburgh Fringe last year, this team of cut-out magicians beam hand-drawn puppets onto the silver screen to create tales of a carousing sailor and a boy and his bike. With improvised live accompaniment by Kora.

BELA EMERSON presents MOVIETRONICS

Flatpack veterans may remember this electric cellist from her spellbinding turn at Known Unknowns in 2007. Tonight she will be accompanying a selection of  short films including Czech artist Tereza Buskova’s eerie super 8 piece Wedding Rituals.

We hope that Jim Le Fevre will be on hand to demonstrate his marvellous PHONOGRAPHANTASMASCOPE (see Unpacked), and there’ll be a selection of fillums giving a flavour of Flatpack as a whole as well as some damn good DJs.
