Wholesale Memory is a project run by Friction Arts to preserve the heritage and stories of Birmingham's Wholesale Market. Supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund, they are working with traders, staff and customers to capture their tales of this unique space before it closes forever later in 2017. Throughout the day you can pop into Friction’s hub at The Edge to explore some of the treasures gathered so far, and watch a selection of film material from the archives.
