Outdoor Cinema: The Princess Bride
A cinema in Moseley Park? Inconceivable! As dusk falls over the lake and the owls emerge, enjoy an unforgettable cinema experience in one of Birmingham’s most beautiful green spaces.
This magical spot is the perfect place to enjoy offbeat 1987 fairytale The Princess Bride on the big screen. Follow the adventures of Westley and Buttercup and a terrific supporting cast including Christopher Guest, Billy Crystal, Carol Kane and Peter Falk.
Feast on endlessly quotable lines (see ‘my name is Inigo Montoya…’), gorgeous Derbyshire locations and the perfect blend of peril, romance and comedy.
Please bring your own camping chair or blanket. Drinks and refreshments will be available in the Glade.
The following day we'll be exploring the park's cultural history on a walk led by Flatpack's own Ian Francis.
