Ticket purchases are subject to a transaction fee of £1 per order so it’s best to buy all of your tickets at the same time to keep charges down.
Please be aware that advance sales for all events close at 9am of the morning the event takes place.
Concessionary rate tickets are available for students with a valid NUS or student card, registered unemployed with a valid DWP form, under 16s and over 60s with proof of age. Advance tickets and walk up purchases must be validated on the door with the correct ID. If the ticket-holder is unable to provide the required proof, they will need to pay the difference between the concessionary and standard rate.
Ticket prices remain the same for guests who need to be accompanied by a carer/signer, but the carer/signer ticket will be free of charge. Carer tickets must be reserved in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
On the Door
Subject to availability, tickets are available to buy on the door at individual venues. Please be aware that some venues may only accept cash, this will be stated in the event information. Door sales will open 30 minutes before each event.
Please bear in mind that capacity is quite limited at many venues. We recommend buying tickets in advance to avoid a crushing sense of disappointment if the event has sold out.
An asterix next to a film certificate (eg Cert: 15*) indicates recommended.
We regret that latecomers will not be admitted once the event has begun.
Free events cannot be booked in advance unless specifically stated. Admission will be on a first come first served basis.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue.
Most of our venues are wheelchair accessible. In the few instances where they are not, we have stated this in the event information. For any other enquiries concerning accessibility, please contact the venue directly.
Wheelchair spaces at some venues are limited. If wheelchair users would like to book in advance, they should call mac birmingham, The Electric of Town Hall Symphony Hall for events at these venues, or by emailing email@example.com for other venues.

Once you have booked tickets via the Flatpack website, your name, email and address will be held and processed on our box office and marketing databases. We will send a short survey after the event to see how you found the experience unless you have opted out during the purchase. If you’ve booked through the Flatpack website, advance tickets will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You don’t need to print the ticket – just give your name and show your electronic ticket at the door.
