Le Pianographe
Brothers Romain and Florent Bodart created the Pianographe using the body of a Nektar 49 keyboard, specialist software and a projector.
This playful device was conceived as a mix between the harmonium (invented in the 19th century) and the synthesizer. As you play, every note projects a moving image on the wall, creating a poetic and immersive experience.
Romain Bodart is coming to Flatpack to present his Pianographe for the first time in the UK. Come and see him play in the hub on Thursday night at Dots & Loops, and try your hand at composing your own visual and musical score.
