In A Story of Children and Film, Cousins mixes what is effectively a home-movie of his niece and nephew at play with his familiar collage of clips and commentary, gathering an illuminating range of examples from Ozu and Loach to Margaret O’Brien and Drew Barrymore.

There are some great examples of children on film in this year’s programme – most notably LITTLE FEET and THE STRANGE LITTLE CAT.
