Colour Box: Autumnal Treats

For one afternoon only, King's Heath book shop How Brave is the Wren becomes a mini-cinema, with an assortment of family shorts exploring this magical time of year.

We’ll go on adventures with characters like Olga, a kiosk-worker who spends her days eating sweets and reading travel magazines in her little booth, until something quite unexpected turns her life upside down (The Kiosk). And snuggle up for beautifully animated tales like The Last Day of Autumn – as winter closes in and the icy winds begin to blow, a group of woodland creatures are busy preparing for their annual race!

Colour Box compere Sarah Hamilton Baker will be on hand to guide us through the films, and she may have one or two tricks and/or treats in store too…
