Colour Box: Classic Kids’ TV

Childhood is often framed through what we watched on TV. Each generation has their own particular touchstone. Whether it was Bagpuss, Willo the Wisp or Duck Tales, just hearing the theme tunes for these shows can elicit strong nostalgic memories.

Join us for a special event paying homage to kids’ TV of yesteryear, with a focus on shows made using stop motion animation, including Button Moon, The Trap Door and Paddington.

As always, the screening will be preceded by a hands-on workshop that will introduce kids and their adults to the enchanting tradition of stop-motion animation.
