Desert Island Docs

You’re stranded on an island with nothing but a screen, a DVD player (remember them?) and 5 DVDs. There’s one caveat though - the DVDs have to be documentary films.

This is the proposition we’ll be giving documentary filmmakers Alessandra Celesia (her feature doc screens just before this discussion!) and Dorothy Allen-Pickard (her short We Did Not Consent is in competition in the ‘Stay in Control’ programme). Expect clips and lively conversation.

(Quite a good, original new idea this huh? Has the potential to run and run over decades and decades. Now we just need some theme music…)
