Film Club: Who Framed Roger Rabbit
Film Club: Who Framed Roger Rabbit
Sunday 27th April, 2014
Nearly a month on from FFP8 and we're getting ready to kickstart a long summer* jampacked full of screenings and events, beginning this Sunday with the return of the Film Club, our monthly family film screening at the Library of Birmingham. This month, we're teaming up with a couple of walking, talking rabbits (Warren and Hutch aka Little Earthquake theatre company) who will be hosting a picnic party and you're all invited (and encouraged to bring picnic food along). As part of the celebrations, we'll be showing Robert Zemeckis’ cotton-tailed cine-classic Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
Warren and Hutch would also love you to dress up as rabbits and to bring your own toy bunnies along, too! There will be prizes for the best dressed rabbit costumes and for the cutest toy bunny — games of carrot bobbing and pin the tail on the rabbit — a giant choco-carrot raffle — and a take-home crunchy carrot for everyone. Arrive at 13:30 to take full advantage of the festivities - the film starts just after 14:00.
*ok, maybe we're a little premature, but we're feeling optimistic!
