Increasing food costs and running out of ideas for what to eat and cook every night? We have food demonstrations, recipe ideas, budget advice.

Looking to get physically fit or improve your fitness journey? We have advice for beginners to maintaining, and those on tight budgets.

At a loose end? Come and have a go at making a stock motion movie in the Council Chamber. Using food, we have an animator who can help turn everyday food items into a movie.
