An evening of film and conversation and a chance to peek behind the scenes of an amazing project, with all proceeds going to Bournbrook DIY.

Bournbrook DIY is one of the shining lights to emerge in Birmingham during lockdown. Built with love, sweat and donations from the public, a passionate group of local skaters worked with the community to transform an overgrown patch of land behind Selly Oak Aldi into a buzzing skate park and community space. After a brief hiccup when the council threatened to close them down, it has now become the UK's first DIY skate park to be granted official status.
