Knowing what you want to do with your life is tough: actually managing to do it is even tougher.
This programme looks at fulfilment, and how we can (hopefully) achieve it. The Sea on the Day the Magic Came Back explores how hard life can be when you’ve given up the one thing that made you special to your ex - especially challenging when a miniature nude version of them lingers in your psyche! Elsewhere, Train Dreams looks at what can happen when you know exactly what you want to do early on, but life seems to conspire to keep you from doing it. Don’t be put off if these descriptions seem a bit “doom and gloom” - they both have happy endings. Unlike life.
