Pride & Joy

Coventry Pride returns with their annual festival this summer, and this year the theme is Pride and Joy.

The celebrations will take over Assembly Festival Garden all day Sunday 8 August with a jampacked line-up of talks, performances and special events.

And that's not all. Make your way over to Coventry Cathedral Ruins in the afternoon for a screening of Pride - based on the true story of lesbian and gay activists who raised money to help families affected by the British miners' strike in 1984. We'll be on hand with a selection of brilliant LGBT+ shorts - grab some pals, pack a picnic, settle in and enjoy!
