The Belgrade Silver Screen presents: The LIon King + Afternoon Tea

Bring the family along to the Belgrade for afternoon tea followed by a screening of Disney's animated classic 'The Lion King' in the theatre's brand new Screen Room.

“The greatest adventure of all is finding our place in the circle of life.”

The Lion King tells the story of Simba (Swahili for lion), a young lion who is to succeed his father, Mufasa, as King of the Pride Lands; however, after Simba’s paternal uncle Scar murders Mufasa to seize the throne, Simba is manipulated into thinking he was responsible and flees into exile.

Doors will open from 12noon with afternoon tea served from 12.30pm on our 1st floor Burbidge Gallery. A special children’s Afternoon Tea will be available for our younger guests. You will then be escorted to our brand-new Screen Room to watch the Oscar-winning Disney movie from 1.30pm.

Please note: places for Silver Screen events are limited and must be booked in advance. Early booking is recommended. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
