Short & Suite is back for Flatpack 2025

Short & Suite is our Young Filmmakers Programme, championing filmmakers aged 16-25 from the Midlands and wider UK. If that's you, you should definitely submit your short film to this year's Flatpack Festival.

Short films of all genres, mediums and budgets are very welcome. They just need to be under 10 minutes long.

Successful submissions will be screened at our swanky red carpet event at Flatpack 2025 (9-17 May) and the best film will go on to win the Short & Suite Award (£100 cash prize).

The Rules
Submissions must be:

From filmmakers aged 16-25 based in the UK
Under 10 mins
Completed since January 2023

The deadline to submit is 9am, Friday 28th February.
