Short Film Competition: Go Your Own Way (Animation)
There are times in life that you just gotta do what you gotta do, no matter what anyone else says.
A city-wide quest for a keg of beer to impress that bartender you like (Hurikan). A five thousand kilometre drive to clear your head… twice (Detours Ahead). Or even just doing something for yourself for once, despite what the angel you live with says (Martyr’s Guidebook).
This all-animated programme is an ode to the times where you have to do your own thing. Even if that thing is, well, bad.
Huge thanks to Matchbox Cine for providing Descriptive Subtitles for all six Short Film Competition screenings.
