Stein wants a child more than anything. But should he have one?
Grieving his mother, and obsessed with online conspiracy theories about the repression of male sexuality, we follow Stein as he tries his best to have a child (or ‘offspring’ in Stein’s words), through meeting up with strangers and flaunting his sperm count online.
As we delve deeper into his psyche (and his online presence), the question arises - why is he so desperate?
Winner: First Prize (La Cinef) at the Cannes Film Festival 2023 and Next Nordic Generation Award at the Norwegian International Film Festival 2023.
