Hire Equipment

Flatpack works in partnership with Cinema For All to provide a short-term low-cost equipment hire scheme to help new community cinemas, film societies and film enthusiasts host film screenings in their communities. 

Equipment includes screen, projector, PA and everything you need to transform your community space into a cinema. Hire is £25 per screening for Cinema For All members and £50 per screening for non-members. Hire for non-volunteer led groups or commercial groups is £90.

To book the equipment follow the steps below;

• Call Cinema For All on 0114 221 0314 to check the availability of the equipment on your required dates.
• Complete the  Hire Agreement & Equipment Booking Form and make payment via Paypal at the end of the form.
• Get in touch with Amy at Flatpack Projects to arrange a collection.
