The nostalgic wallowing is nearly at an end, but first the small matter of a gig tonight at the Hare and Hounds. We are dusting off our old vision mixer and compiling a motley assortment of shorts from the archives, then by way of climax Animat will be rescoring John Carpenter's brilliant Dark Star. Inbetween you will find soundtracky musical interludes spun by DJ Scotch Tape, aka long-time collaborator Scott Johnston. As a taster he's compiled some of his elpee covers on flickr. Romero LPs Advance tickets for tonight are still available here. And while we think of it here's a lovely writeup of last week's Sunrise screening.
