Flatpack Film Festival are now looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join the festival team in 2014

Taking place from 20-30 March across Birmingham, we’ve conjured up a magical mix of film screenings and live events, and thrown in a sprinkling of experimental art, and music for good measure.

As a volunteer, you will be an essential part of Team Flatpack, gaining experience in all aspects of making a festival happen and meeting some interesting people along the way.

We have three different volunteer opportunities:

 

EVENTS TEAM - Working at events at a variety of venues throughout the festival. Duties include: front of house, setting up venues, box office, cafe/bar.

MARKETING AND STREET TEAM - We need help with promotion and distribution in the run up and during the festival. The Street Team will be responsible for spreading word of the festival throughout the West Midlands. There will also be opportunities to assist the marketing coordinator throughout the festival. Must be available for meeting on the evening of Monday 10 February and for distribution from 15 February.

COLOUR BOX TEAM - Volunteers for our family program held at mac birmingham and The Library of Birmingham. We will need help with setting up venues, ushering, box office and assisting the family workshop leader.
