Fancy something a little different from your usual Sunday lunch? Then you might appreciate Spit or Swallow? On Sunday 27 March, gastronomic rule-benders Companis present an eating experience to remember at the Dirty End.
Spit or Swallow? is a rolling, durational brunch fit for a queen in the form of a large-scale Flemish still life. Expect to be immersed in a sumptuous, albeit slightly macabre dining environment which will gradually be demolished as it is consumed.
We recommend people get there early to see the table's full splendour before it is devoured.
