Calling all UK-based filmmakers aged 16-25!

We're launching a brand new short film competition for this year's Flatpack Festival.

Short & Suite champions young filmmakers from the Midlands and wider UK, and for the first time we're accepting submissions as part of the festival. We're accepting films of all genres, mediums and budgets - so long as they are under ten minutes long.

Successful submissions will be screened at Flatpack 2024 (10-19 May) and the best film will go on to win the Short & Suite Award (£200 cash prize).

The Rules
Submissions must be:

From filmmakers aged 16-25 based in the UK
Under 10 mins
Completed since January 2022

The deadline to submit is 9am, Thursday 29th February.
