In the course of researching the Birmingham Arts Lab, the International Times' web archive has been an invaluable source. This counter-cultural journal still exists in online form, and back in the 60s and 70s it documented the flowering of Arts Labs across the UK. The cutting below is from a 1970 hitch-hiker's guide to the UK.
