Build Your Own Cinema Workshop #3: The Defenders (Anti-Bullying)
Our Build Your Own Cinema workshop participants are on a roll this year, creating brilliant educational films with the help of facilitators Martin McNally and Emily Summers.
In the latest series of workshops at Templars Primary in Coventry, pupils worked on an anti-bullying activism film called The Defenders, adopting the Mannequin Challenge as a way to compose some very effective scenes which portray how upsetting and damaging different types of bullying can be. Pupils also shared their views on camera about how we can all look after one another and prevent bullying.
"Thank you to Flatpack for bringing this fantastic experience and long lasting legacy to Templars." Helen Benarous, Deputy Head Teacher
Check out the finished film below and some photographs of the 'parents premiere' event. Congratulations to everyone who participated in the workshop!
