CineCov
The city becomes a cinema.
Welcome to CineCov - a 12-month programme that will transform the whole of Coventry into a cinema for its year as UK City of Culture.
From May 2021 - June 2022 we worked with over 50 partners on a dizzying lineup of 200+ film events popping up all over the city of Coventry. The CineCov programme attracted over 30,000 audience members to screenings everywhere from parks and community centres to towpaths and churches (and even the odd cinema).
While Coventry’s tenure as city of culture may have concluded, there are still plenty of film events happening in the city and CineCov remains available to offer programmers marketing support. If you are organising any film or screen events in Coventry and Warwickshire, please let us know and we’d be happy to help you promote it.
