Build your own paper cinema
As part of tomorrow's Celluloid City activities at the Barber, you can have a go at constructing your own Odeon Kingstanding. Cecil Clavering's 1930s marvel (now a Mecca Bingo) has been recreated in cut-and-fold form by Sebastian Harding especially for the occasion.
If you missed Paul Shallcross accompanying Buster Keaton's Haunted House at the Museum & Art Gallery last night, there's also another chance to see that, while Rajinder Dudrah delves into the story of South Asian cinema in Birmingham and Jean Turley presents her slides of 70s picturehouses. All free!
