Flatpack Festival
Film for all the senses

Lucile Bourliaud

Lucile Bourliaud

I studied English in Tours, a small French city with a big arthouse cinema. There I discovered my love of short films, that later led me to programming jobs in various festivals, including Lille International Short Film Festival (France) and Regard Festival (Quebec). I joined Flatpack in 2015 as an assistant programmer, setting foot in Birmingham for the first time at 1am on a Tuesday morning, after a skype interview and a long journey on a coach. I'm now the festival's short film programmer, and I can occasionally afford the Eurostar. In my spare time you can still find me in Tours, screening films in bars and cafés.
